I am all about giving people orientation for their next step so that they can unlock their full potential.
I focus both on my strengths and on the strengths of others, often act intuitively and spontaneously and find new, creative solutions depending on what is required at any given moment.
My professional background is diverse and colorful. On the one hand, I worked in the shipping industry for many years and in different positions – from apprentice to managing director and owner of the family business. On the other hand, I was also active in the cooking TV industry, for example as executive producer in the first program "Schmeckt nicht, gibts nicht" of now famous German TV Chef Tim Mälzer. At the same time, I have always been interested in personal development, trained as a coach and facilitator and did a master's degree in mediation/conflict management.
I have been successfully active in my own practice as a coach, trainer and mentor for more than 10 years, my special areas are mindset, strengths, and leadership coaching!
I enable people to change perspectives so that they can live inner and outer peace.
My first principle is: Excellence comes before perfection!
Furthermore, as a person who strives for harmony, I enjoy an environment of people who spend most of their time harmoniously with each other and should there be a dispute, which cannot be prevented and is even beneficial, then I make sure to find the common ground to move on from.
My empathy for others and their circumstances does not stand in my way as a coach – on the contrary: this allows me to optimally adapt my working style to my counterpart. And last but not least, a good pinch of humor belongs in my (working) day, because if we can no longer laugh about ourselves, the world would be too serious.
What have I done this way so far?
I completed my training as an industrial clerk and then did my part-time bachelor's degree in business administration. I have been active in the life coaching industry since 1999, and work as a coach since 2005. My specialities are mindset and strengths coaching
